Can hardly believe that five years has passed since Doris fell asleep in death. We miss Doris and think of her so often! We are often reminded of how much she enjoyed reading her mystery novels when remnants of Cheetos are found within the pages!!! She would be laughing to know that! Can’t wait to hear her laugh again soon!!!

I thought of you yesterday as I read about a woman in Port Lucia Florida who saw a rare yellow cardinal. I remember how much you loved Cardinals. Every time I see one or hear one outside I think of you❤️ I love you very much aunt Doris and miss you💕🙏

Thinking of Doris especially today and so often, as she is in our hearts constantly. Reflecting on the lovely lady she was, her fun personality, her laugh, the amazing person she was. Her love for reading the Bible daily opened the way for many lively discussions about our creator and her appreciation for the scriptures shined brightly. As I think of her, I’m so comforted in Jehovah’s promise of a resurrection when our loved ones will be united once again on a peaceful earth. John 5: 28 & 29. Psalm 37: 11 & 29
