Michael John Fannock Jr.

Michael J. Fannock Jr., 53, of Andreas, died Saturday, June 2, 2018, in his home. He was the husband of Sandra (Kunkle) Fannock. They were married on July 2, 1988 and celebrated their 29th wedding anniversary. Mike was employed by Nestlé Purina Pet Care Company, Allentown for 29 years as a maintenance mechanic. Born in Pottsville, he was the son of Deanna Fannock, of Tamaqua, and the late Michael J. Fannock Sr. He was a member of St. Peter’s Union Church, Mantzville. Mike was a member of the Tamaqua Rifle and Pistol Club and the West Penn Rod and Gun Club. He had a love for Harley Davison motorcycles, relaxing in the pool and enjoyed sitting around a campfire with friends and family. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Matthew Fannock. Surviving in addition to his wife and mother, are a son, Michael, of Andreas; two brothers, John and his wife Lori, of Andreas, and Anthony and his wife Shannon, of Tamaqua; and nieces and nephews.  A Memorial Service will be held at 8pm on Friday, June 15, 2018, at the Hartman Funeral Home, 1791 West Penn Pike, Rte. 309, New Ringgold.
