Delores Jean Smith

Delores J. Smith, 75, of Franklin Township, passed away at her home on Saturday, October 1, 2022. Born in Lehighton, she was the daughter of the late Eugene E. and Gladys R. (Schafer) Smith. She was a lifelong self-employed beautician. Delores was a member of St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church, Lehighton. She enjoyed singing karaoke and collecting cow figurines and decor. She will be missed by her family and friends. She was also preceded in death by a son, William Crostley Jr. Surviving are two sons, Greg Crostley and Eugene Crostley, and his fiancée, Karen Sterling, all of Franklin Township; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held at 11am Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at St. Matthew’s Cemetery with Rev. Michael Frost officiating. Contributions may be made to St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church, 222 Church St., Lehighton, PA 18235.
