Paul H. May

Paul H. May, 83, of New Ringgold, West Penn Township, passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021, in his home with his long-time life partner Thomas Rhoades by his side. Prior to retiring, he was employed for 30 years as an office manager for Tri State Refrigeration Inc., Baltimore, Maryland. Born in Hazleton, he was the son of the late Harold S. and Margaret E. (Reimold) May. Paul served with the US Navy Reserve for 8 years and reached the rank of YN3, Petty Officer 3rd Class. He was affiliated with the Baltimore Opera Company, and the West Penn Township Lions Club. He was fascinated with and collected Egyptian Artifacts, classic music, and movies of the silent era. He was also preceded in death by a brother Glenn E. May. Surviving in addition to his companion, Thomas, are a sister, Loretta J. Marcomin, of Maryland; two nieces, Amber Levett, of Maryland, and Lara Brocklegby, of Texas. Funeral services will be private. Interment will be in The Gardens of Faith Memorial Park, Baltimore, Maryland. Contributions may be made in his name to your local SPCA.
