Peter R. Kropf Jr., 67, of Andreas, died Friday, March 9, 2018 in his home. Born in Allentown, he was the son of Peter R. Sr. and Violet C. (Strohl) Kropf of Andreas. Peter was last employed with TRC Engineers, Inc. as a highway construction engineer. He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Slatington. Kropf was a life member of the Slatington Skeet Club and the National Bass Masters Association, a member of the Andreas Sporting Club and the NRA. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Surviving in addition to his parents are a daughter Malinda, wife of Pierre Laventure, of Allentown; brother, Shaun Thomas and his wife Darnell, of Slatington; sister, Ginger, wife of William Kirkland, of Tennessee; two grandchildren, Dustin and Nicole, a great granddaughter, Madelyn, a niece and nephew. Services will be private. Hartman Funeral Home, 1791 West Penn Pike, Rte. 309, New Ringgold, is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
