Roger D. Kilpatrick Sr

Roger D. Kilpatrick Sr, 66, of Tamaqua, passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, in the home of his son, Roger Jr, and his fiancée, Jennifer. He was the husband of the late Yvette (Lopez) Kilpatrick, who passed away on June 14, 2023. Prior to retiring, Roger was a life-long truck driver. Born in New York, New York, he was the son of the late Aida (Mendoza) Kilpatrick. He was of Catholic faith. He was a hard-core NY Mets and NY Jets fan and he liked to listen to rock music. He loved his children and grandchildren. Surviving are three sons, Roger, Jr. and his fiancée, Jennifer, of Tamaqua, Chris, and his fiancée, Kathy, of Lansford, and Joseph, and his fiancée, Kelly, of Coaldale; daughter, Stacy, of Philadelphia; three brothers, Billy Kilpatrick, of NY, Mike Kilpatrick, and his wife, Maryam, the Philippines, Dimas Lespier, of Long Island, NY; sister, Margie, wife of Fred Blanco, Brooklyn, NY; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held and announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Roger Kilpatrick Jr, or the funeral home to help with the funeral expenses.
