Vanna D. Frantz, 72, of Andreas, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 in her home, after a decade’s long battle with Alzheimers Disease. She was the wife of Gary L. Frantz. They were married in Bangkok, Thailand on January 20, 1970 and celebrated 51 years of marriage. Together with her husband, they owned and operated Red Barn Antiques in Andreas for over 50 years. She was born in Lang Suan, Thailand and was a member of Ben Salem UCC, Lehighton, and the Andreas VFW Post 5069 Ladies Auxiliary. Vanna loved to cook. She was an avid gardener with beautiful flowers all over their property. Vanna and her husband liked to enjoy time at their home in Fenwick Island, DE. She was preceded in death by a brother, Lei Morkpichai, and a sister, Somjit Totung. Surviving in addition to her husband, are two daughters, Brenda Tracanna and her companion, Joseph Voss III, of Trappe, and Melanie, wife of Billy King, of Haverford; a son, Jason and his wife Kelly, of Red Hill; a sister, Heed Kimcuel in Thailand; eight grandchildren, Joseph Wynn II, Stephen III and Garrett Tracanna, Madylin and Ava Frantz, Natane, Reginald, and Emery King. Vanna also had many nieces and nephews in Thailand. Services will be held at 11am on Friday, May 21, at Ben Salem UCC, 1965 Church Hill Rd, Lehighton, PA 18235, with Rev. Kent Rhodehamel and Rev. Nathan King officiating. Calling hours 9-11am. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
